| Product Description Such flexible copper busbar and flexible copper connector are manufactured by copper. It consists of several stacked strips with riveted or welded contact areas. Flexible busbar and flexible copper connector have a constant cross-section over the whole length. Flexible copper busbar connectors with the same cross section can be loaded with the same current. A part of connectors are utilized as flexible expansion connectors in order to connect busbars or busbars with switch gears, transformers, generators etc. Thanks to their elasticity thermal expansion of busbars is being compensated. Most of the parts are used as expansion connectors to prevent damages by vibration caused by switch gear operations. Another part is utilized as flexible components inside parts of machines (e.g. welding machines) or switch gears. These kind of connectors have to realize movements inside machines and switch gears. |
